The club meets at Wests Ashfield Leagues Club, 115 Liverpool Road, Ashfield.

Meetings at Wests Ashfield generally start at 7:30 PM on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, January to November. The only December activity is the end of year dinner held early in the month and there is no meeting on the first Thursday of January.

Check the Schedule to confirm the dates and locations of meetings as there are exceptions. Additionally, some Inter-club meetings and field trips are not held at the Wests Ashfield venue.
