NEXT MEETING - 18th March

Competition - Monochrome Only.
Many people normally associate "monochrome" with black and white photography but in reality the image can be in any single tonal range, for instance sepia. Monochrome photography is photography where the image produced has a single hue, rather than reproducing the colours of the object that was photographed.
Use the techniques you learnt from Allan Coker's seminar to produce monochrome images for the competition. Allan Coker will be back to provide feedback as the judge for the night. Such feedback is invaluable help to progress photographic skills so take the opportunity by entering this competition.
Members can submit an entry in our next competition by going to Contact Us. There is a hints page on the site to assist you in preparing your digital images to meet the competition requirements.
Digital images to be received no later than 16th March 2010.

COME TO SUNDAY SCHOOL

There was a lot of positive feedback at the last meeting from Vince's presentation. More presentations are scheduled and any ideas you may have for future topics will help to make them relevant to you. Please let members of the executive committee know what you are interested in. You can email the club secretary with ideas.
